Whitehead Lodge is an elegant and spacious cabin home with rustic luxury just outside of Uptown Charlotte. The Lodge is the perfect getaway that’s not far from the bustle of the busy city. Close to the airport and highways, but off the main roads in a country setting. The soaring ceilings and open floor plan create an ideal space to host an intimate wedding. An abundance of outdoor space is available to guests with plenty of wooded privacy on the 5 acre estate.

What we offer.

Ceremony & Reception

Ceremonies can be held indoors or outdoors in either of the spacious yards. Plenty of room indoors for a cocktail hour, reception, entertainment, and dance floor.

Staffing.

Our staff takes pride in providing your guests with gracious hospitality and attention to detail. Our day of wedding staff includes: a venue manager, greeters/parking attendants, and logistical staff that all strive for a concierge service experience.

Tables, Chairs, Linens.

Our Wedding Package includes all of the tables, chairs and linens that you will need for your event. And you won’t need to worry about setup or breakdown - our staff will be there for you.

Space.

Exclusive use of the entire property will be included with your rental of Whitehead Lodge, including the spacious indoor areas as well as the expansive outdoor spaces.
